State Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator
Chronic Pain Management, Injury Rehabilitation/Prevention, Intuitive Bodywork
I am a State Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator with hands on experience in clinical, chiropractic, and spa environments. I studied massage at National Holistic Institute, receiving over 744-hours of training in Swedish, Sports, Therapeutic, and Shiatsu techniques, as well as Anatomy & Physiology, Pathology, Kinesiology, and Eastern Health & Energetics.
I use this knowledge and my own personal awareness to aid and support my clients in achieving their goals of healing. The focus of my practice is to facilitate the body’s natural healing abilities through touch, sensory stimulation, and movement.
My goal is to offer relief for people of all body-types, conditions, and lifestyles from their ailments and stressors to aid in healing themselves. Massage therapy is more than a relaxation technique, it’s therapy. I have been told by many clients the results I provide are exceedingly beneficial, and far more substantial than those of many spas and clinics they have visited.
I seek the root of the problem, and attack it. Most masseuses will only address the symptoms. The goal of every session is to eliminate your problems, not cover them up.
